S&P/CS HPI Composite-20 5.1% vs. 5.1% forecast

Investing.com – The Standard & Poor’s/Case-Shiller composite-20 house price index rose in the last quarter, official data showed on Tuesday.

In a report, Standard & Poor’s said that S&P/CS House Price Index rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 5.1%, from 5.0% in the preceding quarter whose figure was revised down from 5.1%.

Analysts had expected S&P/CS House Price Index to remain unchanged at 5.1% in the last quarter.
